relating to human services; appropriating money to the Council on Disability.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATIONS.

$1,818,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $2,285,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated from
the general fund to the Council on Disability for the purposes of Minnesota Statutes, section
256.482. The base for this purpose is $2,285,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $2,285,000 in fiscal
year 2027.
