  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to human services; changing a council on 
  1.3             disability provision; amending Minnesota Statutes 
  1.4             2002, section 256.482, subdivision 8. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 256.482, 
  1.7   subdivision 8, is amended to read: 
  1.8      Subd. 8.  [SUNSET COUNCIL NOT TO EXPIRE.] Notwithstanding 
  1.9   section 15.059, subdivision 5, the council on disability shall 
  1.10  not sunset until June 30, 2003 expire. 
  1.11     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective May 30, 2003.
