  1.4             Sueur-Henderson. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [LEVY ADJUSTMENT; LE SUEUR-HENDERSON.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, independent school 
  1.8   district No. 2397, Le Sueur-Henderson, must not receive a 
  1.9   negative levy adjustment for any referendum levy made by 
  1.10  independent school district No. 734, Henderson, that was 
  1.11  certified for taxes payable in 1992.
