A bill for an act
relating to human services; repealing the 60-month limit on MFIP assistance;
appropriating money; repealing Minnesota Statutes 2014, sections 256J.415;
256J.42, subdivisions 1, 3, 4, 5, 6; 256J.425.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

general fund to the commissioner of human services for purposes of section 3.

Sec. 2. new text begin REVISOR'S INSTRUCTION.

The revisor of statutes shall amend Minnesota Statutes to remove references to the
60-month MFIP time limit or any derivatives of the MFIP time limit on assistance and
remove references to the sections repealed in section 3. The revisor of statutes shall make
changes necessary to correct punctuation, grammar, or structure of the remaining text
and preserve its meaning.
