governments.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY RESOURCE.

new text begin $100,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $100,000 in fiscal year 2023 are appropriated from the
general fund to the chief information officer to provide assistance and resources for local
governments to improve the accessibility of their websites for people with disabilities,
including but not limited to templates, technological solutions, and advisory services to
assist local governments in improving the accessibility of their websites.
