  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [FOR MOUNDS VIEW SCHOOL DISTRICT.] 
  1.6      $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   department of natural resources for a grant to independent 
  1.8   school district No. 621, Mounds View, to renovate the Laurentian 
  1.9   Environmental Learning Center located in the Superior National
