A bill for an act
 relating to arts and cultural heritage; appropriating money for the Minnesota African
American Heritage Museum and Gallery.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; MINNESOTA AFRICAN AMERICAN HERITAGE
MUSEUM AND GALLERY.

new text begin $125,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $125,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated from the
arts and cultural heritage fund to the Minnesota Humanities Center for a grant to the
Minnesota African American Heritage Museum and Gallery for arts and cultural heritage
programming celebrating African American and Black communities in Minnesota.
