 relating to liquor; removing sunset on an exemption provision for the city of
Winnebago; amending Laws 2012, chapter 235, section 8.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2012, chapter 235, section 8, the effective date, is amended to read:
