  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [LAPORTE; APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $172,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2002 from the 
  1.7   general fund to the department of children, families, and 
  1.8   learning for a grant to independent school district No. 306, 
  1.9   Laporte, for unexpected construction costs relating to new air 
  1.10  quality requirements.
