A bill for an act
relating to game and fish; requiring certain meetings between Department of
Natural Resources, Ojibwe bands, and Great Lakes Indian Fish and Wildlife
Commission to be subject to open meeting law; proposing coding for new law
in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 97A.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

and the Great Lakes Indian Fish and Wildlife Commission regarding the 1837 treaty rights
shall be open to the public and subject to the open meeting provisions under chapter 13D.
