A bill for an act
 relating to natural resources; appropriating money for acquisition of Bertram
Chain of Lakes Regional Park.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $4,000,000 from the parks and trails fund and $4,000,000 from the outdoor heritage
fund are appropriated in fiscal year 2010 to the commissioner of natural resources for a
grant to Wright County to acquire land for Bertram Chain of Lakes Regional Park, under
Minnesota Statutes, section 85.019, subdivision 2.
