  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to liquor; authorizing the city of Moorhead 
  1.3             to issue three additional on-sale licenses. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [CITY OF MOORHEAD; LIQUOR LICENSES.] 
  1.6      The city of Moorhead may issue three on-sale intoxicating 
  1.7   liquor licenses in addition to the number authorized by law.  
  1.8   All provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 340A, not 
  1.9   inconsistent with this section, apply to the licenses authorized 
  1.10  under this section. 
  1.11     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.12     Section 1 is effective on approval by the Moorhead city 
  1.13  council and compliance with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021.
