  1.3             pledge of allegiance in grades kindergarten through 
  1.4             12; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota 
  1.5             Statutes, chapter 126. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [126.141] [PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE.] 
  1.8      All school districts are strongly encouraged to require 
  1.9   students in grades kindergarten through 12 to recite the pledge 
  1.10  of allegiance at least once a week.
