BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Independent School District No. 2884, Red Rock Central, may permanently transfer up to
$81,000 from its reserved for disability accessibility account to its undesignated general
fund balance without making a levy reduction.
