  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to corrections; requiring the commissioner of 
  1.3             corrections to establish by rule standards for 
  1.4             community service work crews; proposing coding for new 
  1.5             law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 241. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [241.205] [COMMUNITY SERVICE WORK CREWS; 
  1.8   STANDARDS; ADOPT BY RULE.] 
  1.9      The commissioner of corrections shall establish, under 
  1.10  chapter 14, standards for community service work crews.  The 
  1.11  standards shall govern state or local government management of 
  1.12  work crews.
