  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to technology; appropriating money for the 
  1.3             Minnesota computers for schools program. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $1,000,000 is appropriated in each of fiscal years 2002 and 
  1.7   2003 from the general fund for the Minnesota high technology 
  1.8   foundation for the Minnesota computers for schools program.  The 
  1.9   foundation must provide a match of $1 of private funds for every 
  1.10  dollar of state funds appropriated for the Minnesota computers 
  1.11  for schools program.
