BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

resources or students to produce, convey, or disseminate
materials or messages advocating the passage or defeat of a
ballot question, the passage or defeat of legislation pending in
the legislature, or the election of any candidate for public
office.
