relating to health; appropriating money for Open Cities Health Center.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; OPEN CITIES HEALTH CENTER.

$600,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2016 from the general fund to the
commissioner of health to provide funding to Open Cities Health Center for the purpose
of establishing a clinic at 916 Rice Street, St. Paul, MN. This expansion shall provide
services to low-income individuals and families and address health care disparities in
the community.
