A bill for an act
relating to transportation; appropriating money to
Duluth Port Authority.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin DULUTH PORT AUTHORITY.

$100,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of transportation for a grant to the Duluth Port
Authority to determine the cause of freshwater corrosion of
harbor sheet piling, provided these state funds are matched on a
dollar-for-dollar basis by nonstate funds.
