  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to the city of Nisswa; extending the duration 
  1.3             limit of a tax increment financing district. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT.] 
  1.6      Notwithstanding the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.7   section 469.176, subdivision 1b, tax increment may be paid until 
  1.8   December 31, 2014, for tax Increment Financing District No. 1-2 
  1.9   in the city of Nisswa.  Minnesota Statutes, section 469.1782 
  1.10  does not apply to this extension of the duration limit of tax 
  1.11  Increment Financing District No. 1-2. 
  1.12     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.13     This act is effective only after its approval by the 
  1.14  governing body of the city of Nisswa and compliance with 
  1.15  Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021, subdivision 3.
