  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to intoxicating liquor; authorizing the 
  1.3             Stearns county board to issue an intoxicating liquor 
  1.4             license. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [STEARNS COUNTY; ON-SALE LICENSE.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding any state or local law or charter 
  1.8   provision, the Stearns county board may issue one combination 
  1.9   off-sale and on-sale intoxicating liquor license to a premises 
  1.10  located in Farming township.  The license is subject to all 
  1.11  provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 340A, not inconsistent 
  1.12  with this section. 
  1.13     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.14     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
