relating to appropriations; appropriating money for a
study of odor levels near yard waste compost sites.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin YARD WASTE COMPOST ODOR LEVEL STUDY
APPROPRIATION.

$....... is appropriated from the environmental fund to the
Pollution Control Agency for a study of odor levels in the
vicinity of yard waste compost sites. The money is available
for the biennium ending June 30, 2007.
