 relating to state government; changing the effective date on notarial officer
amendment; amending Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 4, section 1.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 4, section 1, the effective date, is
amended to read:


EFFECTIVE DATE.

This section is effective the day following final enactment and
expires deleted text begin January 6deleted text end new text begin March 31new text end , 2021.
