1.3BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota, the House of Representatives
         

1.4concurring:

1.51.  Upon adjournment on January 11, 2023, or January 12, 2023, the Senate and the
         House 

1.6of Representatives may set the next day of meeting for 12:00 noon on January 17, 2023.

1.72.  By the adoption of this resolution, each house consents to the adjournment of
         the other 

1.8house for more than three days.
