  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [SAUK RIVER WATERSHED DISTRICT.] 
  1.6      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 103D.905, 
  1.7   subdivision 3, the Sauk River watershed district may levy up to 
  1.8   $150,000 for its administrative fund for taxes levied in 1997, 
  1.9   payable in 1998. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.11     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
