Of the amounts appropriated in fiscal year 2025 for capacity building grants in Laws
2023, chapter 53, article 20, section 2, subdivision 3, paragraph (b), clause (3), $2,000,000
is for a financial stability capacity building grant to GiveMN to work with community-based
organizations defined under Minnesota Statutes, section 116L.43, subdivision 4.
