BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; PROCTOR PUBLIC SCHOOLS.

$171,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the workforce development fund to
the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to Proctor Public
Schools to develop a regional career and technical education program to serve the school
districts of Hermantown, Proctor, and Esko. This is a onetime appropriation.
