relating to workforce development; appropriating money for a grant to Lake County
Ambulance Service.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; LAKE COUNTY AMBULANCE SERVICE.

$100,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the workforce development fund to
the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to Lake County
Ambulance Service for it to establish a training program for Cook County and Lake County
high school students interested in pursuing careers as emergency medical technicians. This
is a onetime appropriation.
