relating to capital investment; appropriating money for a grant to West Side
Community Organization.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin WEST SIDE COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $100,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to the West Side Community
Organization for artistic peacemaking and to equip and install gateway signage at the marked
trunk Highway 52 entrance, the Smith Avenue high bridge entrance, Robert Street entrance,
and Wabasha Street entrance in the West Side community of the city of St. Paul.
