BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$40,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund to
the commissioner of education for a grant to Moreland Arts & Health Sciences Magnet
School in West St. Paul for a school mural that celebrates the diversity of the community
and the beauty of the art that Moreland students create.
