relating to housing; appropriating money for a grant to Urban League Twin Cities.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; URBAN LEAGUE TWIN CITIES.

new text begin $1,500,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of the Housing Finance Agency for a grant to Urban League Twin Cities for the African
American Community Land Trust. The grant may be used to acquire properties to include
in the community land trust and to rehabilitate existing properties included in the community
land trust. This is a onetime appropriation.
