A bill for an act
relating to child protection; making technical changes; amending Minnesota Statutes
2023 Supplement, section 260.014, subdivision 2.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2023 Supplement, section 260.014, subdivision 2, is amended
to read:


Subd. 2.

Uses.

(a) Money allocated to counties and Tribes may be used for the following
purposes:

(1) to implement or expand any service or program that is included in the state's
prevention plan;

(2) to implement or expand any proposed service or program;

(3) to implement or expand any existing service or program; and

(4) any other use approved by the commissioner.
