A bill for an act
relating to state government; requiring audio recording of the state constitution.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin STATE CONSTITUTION IN AUDIO FORMAT.

The commissioner of administration shall make the state constitution available in audio
format. The audio recording of the state constitution must represent the original content of
the state constitution with subsequent amendments and include the dates and context for
the amendments. The audio recording of the state constitution must be made available free
of charge to those persons requesting it.
