A bill for an act
relating to agriculture; appropriating money for the developing markets for
continuous-living cover crops program.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$1,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of agriculture for the developing markets for continuous-living cover (CLC) crops program.
This appropriation is in addition to the amounts appropriated in Laws 2023, chapter 43,
article 1, section 2, subdivision 2, paragraph (j). This is a onetime appropriation and is
available until June 30, 2027.
