BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; UNIDOS MN EDUCATION FUND.

new text begin $500,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to Unidos MN Education Fund for
predesign and design of a multipurpose community facility for workforce training,
employment opportunities, and other support services along the Lake Street Corridor.
