relating to state government; establishing LiveMore ScreenLess Action Week;
proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 10.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin (a) The first week of May each year is designated as LiveMore ScreenLess Action Week
to encourage and inspire all citizens, especially youth and young adults, to be mindful of
technology use while celebrating the unique advantages of Minnesota outdoor and offline
activities. All citizens are encouraged to be aware of the importance of creating a conscious
balance with technology by taking action to live more and screen less.
