A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; amending an earlier appropriation for capital
improvements for the National Loon Center; amending Laws 2023, chapter 72,
article 2, section 3, subdivision 4.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2023, chapter 72, article 2, section 3, subdivision 4, is amended to read:


Subd. 4.

Crosslake; National Loon Center

 2,500,000

For a grant to the city of Crosslake for site
