BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

related to formula and discretionary grant programs under Public Law 117-58, otherwise
known as the federal Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, except pursuant to a direct
appropriation specifically for this purpose.
