relating to transportation; appropriating money for an interchange at marked U.S.
Highway 10 and Adams Street in Elk River.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $38,000,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of transportation to complete preliminary and final design, environmental documentation
and review, right-of-way acquisition, and construction of an interchange located at the
intersection of marked U.S. Highway 10 and Adams Street in the city of Elk River. This is
a onetime appropriation and is available until June 30, 2025.
