A bill for an act
relating to capital investment; appropriating money for an inclusive playground
in the city of Stillwater.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $350,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to New Heights School to predesign,
design, construct, furnish, and equip an inclusive and accessible playground in the city of
Stillwater. "Inclusive and accessible playground" as used in this section means a playground,
planned and designed in partnership with community stakeholders, designed to be safe and
accessible to all children, including those with intellectual, developmental, or physical
disabilities.
