BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; OMBUDSPERSONS FOR FAMILIES.

$....... in fiscal year 2019 is appropriated from the general fund to the ombudspersons
for families for a total of up to ten additional staff or investigators to assist the ombudspersons
for families in conducting their duties under Minnesota Statutes, section 257.0762.
