A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; amending a prior appropriation for water and sewer
infrastructure in the city of Floodwood; amending Laws 2023, chapter 72, article
2, section 10, subdivision 6.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2023, chapter 72, article 2, section 10, subdivision 6, is amended to read:


Subd. 6.

Floodwood; Water and Sewer
Infrastructure

 1,500,000

For a grant to the city of Floodwood to design
and construct capital improvements to the
city's water and sewer infrastructure along
County Road 8deleted text begin , Trunk Highway 8, and Trunk

money for replacement and expansion of water
