A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; modifying an appropriation for the Weyerhaeuser
Museum in Morrison County; amending Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, section
17, subdivision 3.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, section 17, subdivision 3, is amended to read:

For a grant to the Morrison County Historical
Society for repair and stabilization of the
riverbank along the Mississippi River at the
C.A. Weyerhaeuser Memorial Museum.new text begin This

and interior repairs and upgrades to the
building, and replacement of the parking lot.
