  1.3             disability provision; amending Minnesota Statutes

  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 256.482, 
  1.7   subdivision 8, is amended to read: 
  1.8      Subd. 8.  [SUNSET.] Notwithstanding section 15.059, 
  1.9   subdivision 5, the council on disability shall not sunset until 
  1.10  June 30, 2003 2007. 
  1.11     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective May 30, 2003.
