relating to health; requiring a public awareness campaign on booster car seats
for children.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin PUBLIC AWARENESS CAMPAIGN.

The commissioners of the Departments of Health and Public Safety shall institute
a public awareness campaign to raise awareness and inform the public about the safety
benefits of putting children who have outgrown infant seats or child safety seats into
booster car seats until nine years of age.
