  1.3   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.4      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.5      $150,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2001, from the 
  1.6   general fund to the board of regents of the University of 
  1.7   Minnesota for the early riser program in the department of 
  1.8   psychiatry.
