1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATION FOR FOODSHELF PROGRAMS.
1.5$1,150,200 in fiscal year 2009 is appropriated from the general fund to the
1.6commissioner of human services for foodshelf programs under Minnesota Statutes, section
1.7256E.34. This appropriation is in addition to the base appropriation for fiscal year 2009.
