  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to alcoholic beverages; authorizing the city 
  1.3             of Anoka to issue an on-sale wine license for the 
  1.4             Lyric Arts Theater. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [WINE LICENSE; LYRIC ARTS THEATER.] 
  1.7      The city of Anoka may issue an on-sale wine license to the 
  1.8   Lyric Arts Company for the Lyric Arts Theater.  The license 
  1.9   authorizes sales on all days of the week to holders of tickets 
  1.10  for performances at the theater.  All provisions of Minnesota 
  1.11  Statutes, chapter 340A, not inconsistent with this section apply 
  1.12  to the license authorized under this section. 
  1.13     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.14     Section 1 is effective the day after the governing body of 
  1.15  Anoka and its chief clerical officer timely complete their 
  1.16  compliance with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021, 
  1.17  subdivisions 2 and 3.
