introduced; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 3.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin The rules of each house and the joint rules of the
legislature must conform to the provisions of this section.

new text begin Each bill shall be unique in content and
form, and if any bill introduction is substantially identical to an existing bill, that bill may
not be introduced without the consent of two-thirds of the members of that body.
