A bill for an act
 relating to education; requiring a district to provide online learning students access
to a school site; amending Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 124D.095, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 124D.095, is amended by adding a subdivision
to read:

to remain at the school site during regular school hours.
